Project scope included installation & maintenance of erosion & sediment controls, clearing, mass grading, drilling & blasting of rock, excavation and backfill of the building basement, excavation and backfill of the building foundation system, installation of the building slab stone base, segmental block retaining wall systems, pump station and forcemain installation, sanitary sewer and water main installation, primary electrical pathway excavation/backfill, stormwater conveyance, installation of stormwater management rain gardens, installation of a large lined detention pond, fine grading and pouring of concrete curbs, fine grading and installation of concrete & asphalt stone bases, asphalt paving, helipad construction, community trail reconstruction, completion of significant PennDot roadway improvements, installation of two new signal systems and installation of various site amenities such as bollards, fencing, guiderail, line painting and signage.
