Project scope included installation & maintenance of erosion & sediment controls, clearing, mass grading, drilling & blasting of rock, excavation and backfill of the garage lower level, excavation and backfill of the garage foundation system, installation of the garage slab stone base, sanitary sewer and water main relocation, primary electrical pathway relocation excavation/backfill, stormwater conveyance, installation of stormwater management rain gardens, installation of a large lined detention pond, fine grading and pouring of concrete curbs, fine grading and installation of concrete & asphalt stone bases, and asphalt paving.
