Summary:
The Concrete Finisher is responsible for forming, placing, finishing, and repairing concrete surfaces for a variety of site and structural applications. This position requires a strong understanding of concrete materials, finishing techniques, and craftsmanship to deliver high-quality, durable work on every project.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare work areas by setting forms, placing reinforcement, and ensuring proper grading and alignment.
• Pour, spread, and level concrete using rakes, shovels, and trowels to achieve specified finishes and tolerances.
• Use hand tools and power tools for edging, floating, finishing, and texturing surfaces.
• Apply curing compounds, sealants, or surface treatments as specified.
• Perform concrete repair, patching, and restoration work as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Perform troubleshooting, service, and repairs on heavy construction equipment and vehicles in the field and at the shop.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using both manual and electronic diagnostic tools.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain accurate service reports, work orders, and documentation of parts and labor.
• Operate company service truck, ensuring tools, parts, and inventory are organized and well-maintained.
