York Excavating Company constructed this new school facility site through a site prime contract with the owner.

Project scope included installation & maintenance of erosion & sediment controls, clearing, demolition of the existing school, mass grading, drilling & blasting of rock, excavation and backfill of the basement, excavation and backfill of the building foundation system, installation of the building slab stone base, sanitary sewer and water main installation, primary electrical pathway excavation/backfill, stormwater conveyance, installation of underground stormwater management systems, installation of a large lined detention pond, installation of a new baseball field and multi-purpose practice field, fine grading and pouring of concrete curbs, fine grading and installation of concrete & asphalt stone bases, pouring of rigid concrete pavement and sidewalks, asphalt paving, landscaping, seeding, sod and installation of various site and athletic amenities such as grandstands, bleachers, bollards, fencing, backstops, bases, pitchers mounds, guiderail, line painting and signage.
