General Purpose Warehouse

York Excavating Company partnered with a regional general contractor to develop the site of this roughly 200,000 sf warehouse facility.

Project scope included installation & maintenance of erosion & sediment controls, clearing, mass grading, segmental block retaining wall systems, excavation of building foundation system, installation of building slab stone base, sanitary sewer and water services, stormwater conveyance, installation of rain garden bio retention facilities, fine grading and pouring of concrete curbs, fine grading and installation of concrete and asphalt stone bases, asphalt paving and installation of site amenities such as bollards, fencing, line painting and signage.
