Hamilton’s Overlook

York Excavating Company worked with the developer through a site prime contract to develop the site of this new single-family home community.

Project scope included installation & maintenance of erosion & sediment controls, clearing, mass grading, segmental block retaining wall systems, sanitary sewer and water installation, stormwater conveyance, fine grading and pouring of concrete curbs, fine grading and installation of concrete & asphalt stone bases, pouring of rigid concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving, completion of PennDot & Township Roadway Improvements, and installation of site such as fencing, line painting and signage.
