Project scope included installation & maintenance of erosion & sediment controls, clearing, building demolition, mass grading, segmental block retaining wall systems, store sanitary sewer and water services, stormwater conveyance, fine grading and pouring of concrete curbs, store paver sidewalk construction, fine grading and installation of concrete, pouring of rigid concrete pavement and sidewalks, installation of SHA stone beds and SHA stone windows, capping of beds & windows with pervious concrete pavement, completion of SHA Roadway Improvements, installation of landscape plantings, permanent seeding, sod and installation of various site amenities such as bollards, menu boards, fencing, line painting and signage.
